Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and specific Asian regions). Please see below for our two shipping options:
🚚 Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate)
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for: Faster delivery to most international destinations
📦 Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: FREE on orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers ordering larger items
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in its original, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Eligibility Checklist:

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name and SKU (if available)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund, exchange, or store credit
2 Receive Instructions & RMA Number
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return shipping instructions
- Our warehouse return address in Wadesville, US
Important: Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
3 Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) and retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4 Processing & Completion
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (processing takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
How You’ll Receive Your Refund:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal (typically 3-10 business days after we process it).
- Store Credit: If requested, we can issue store credit to your account for future purchases. This is typically processed within 24 hours of return approval.
Note on Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for “changed mind” returns. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above.
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for in your initial email.
- If the new item has a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference. If lower, we’ll refund the difference.
- We will ship the replacement once the return is received and approved.
- Standard or free shipping (for orders over $50) will apply to the new shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging.
We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To ensure health, safety, and hygiene for all our customers—from families storing food to teachers organizing classrooms—the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Food Storage Bags & Containers: For health and safety reasons, once opened or used.
- Bulk School & Office Supplies: Sealed bulk packages that have been opened.
- Personalized or Custom-made Items: Any product specifically customized per customer request.
- Opened Software or Digital Products.
- Items not in original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts.
